SUEDE STUDIO – SERVICE TERMS
We believe in being clear and transparent about how we work with our clients. Below is a plain-language summary of our services, fees, and expectations.
1. What We Do
Suede Studio LLC provides Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Meta Ads services.
We’ll use our expertise to create, manage, and optimize campaigns that improve your visibility, drive relevant traffic, and help you get the best results possible.
Platforms may include Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Microsoft Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
2. Pricing & Payments
Our monthly fee depends on your ad spend per platform:
Under $5,000: $500
$5,001–$10,000: $1,000
$10,001–$20,000: $1,500
$20,001–$30,000: $2,500
Over $30,000: Custom pricing
If we manage 2 or more accounts for you, you’ll get 20% off the combined monthly fee.
First month’s payment is due before we start. Ongoing payments are due as stated on your invoice. Ad spend fees (Google, Meta, etc.) are paid directly to those platforms.
3. What’s Included
For SEM Campaigns:
Keyword research
Campaign creation & optimization
Regular performance reports
For Meta Ads:
Audience & interest targeting
Campaign setup
Regular reporting
Note: We aim for growth in exposure and traffic, but sales results depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed.
4. What We Need From You
To do our job effectively, we’ll need:
Access to your website backend and analytics
Permission to make necessary updates
Admin access to your advertising accounts
Logo, images, and other brand assets
If new content is needed, you can provide it or we can create it for an additional fee.
5. Important Notes
All service fees are non-refundable
We are not responsible for platform policy changes or suspensions
Any performance changes caused by edits you or third parties make to campaigns or your site are outside our control
Unauthorized changes to our work may result in extra costs or ending our service agreement
6. Ending the Agreement
Our services are billed month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, and we’ll only bill for the portion of the month worked.
7. Disputes
If an issue arises, we’ll resolve it through binding arbitration in Indiana instead of going to court.
In short: We’re here to help your ads perform their best. You hire us for our expertise, we’ll put in the work to optimize your campaigns, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. You handle the ad spend, and we handle everything within the agreed scope.
